- Establish the quality management system to meet the international standard of ISO9001:2000 and make continuous effort in improving it by periodic management audit, inner quality audit, statistic analyzing, etc.
- Establish the analyzing and operating procedure as required by customers and relevant regulation to insure they are fully understood and satisfied in our company
- Establish the quality policy and goal, which should be evaluated by termly audit and are to be adjusted according to our actual developing condition, customer's requirement and the changeable market.
- Carry out the management audit termly to evaluate the efficiency, sufficiency and adaption of the quality management systerm and make continuous improvement on it.
- Devote sufficient and necessary resource of facility, stuff, finance and equipment on setting up, keeping and improving the quality management system.
